A husband and wife from Abbotsford, BC, brought their 2009 Hyundai Veracruz to Driven Audio, hoping to find a way to add Android Auto to the radio. We showed them the Pioneer AVH-4200NEX DVD Receiver and let them connect their phone. They immediately fell in love and wanted it in their truck.
We used a new mounting plate to allow the Pioneer radio to replace the factory radio. We added a steering wheel control interface that lets them activate Google Now with the press of a button. They can send and receive text messages, access their phone books, and select the music they want to listen to, all by speaking to the radio. Google Maps is perhaps the best navigation solution in the world. The maps are always up to date, and the routing takes traffic flow into account for efficient travel.
Our technicians wrapped up the installation by matching the illumination of the radio to the blue factory lighting in the car. The clients love the way it looks and how easy it is to use.
